DOMINICA: MAIN REQUIREMENTS

The Citizenship by Investment Programme of Dominica allows the granting of citizenship by a certificate of registration to individuals who contribute to the economic development of the island. To qualify under this programme, all applicants must be of good character and have no criminal record. The application is subject to a Due Diligence verification process, which the according fees shall be paid upon submission of the application to the Citizenship by Investment Unit of Dominica. The due diligence fees are of $7,500 USD for a single applicant and of 4,000 USD for each accompanying member over the age of 16. Additionally, the applicant must accomplish one of the two investment options:

Option A. Make a contribution of $100,000 USD to the Economic Diversification Fund of Dominica (for a single applicant), with an additional amount of $50,000 USD for a spouse. It is also possible to make a contribution of $175,000 USD for a family of 4 members, which includes the main applicant, a spouse and up to two children. 
OR;

Option B. Acquire a property of a minimum value of $200,000 USD. The property may be resold after 5 years. Under this option, the governmental fees apply which are of $25,000 USD for a single applicant and of 35,000 USD for a family including the main applicant, a spouse and up to 2 children. Additional governmental fees may apply based on the total number of people part of the same application.
Moreover, the processing fees are of $1,000 USD and the certificate of naturalisation is $250 USD per person.

DOMINICA : PROCESS

    1. We assist you in preparation of all supporting documents required for the citizenship application, including the translation of the documents into English and its legalization by a local notary as well as the completion of the forms;
    2. We submit the complete application of citizenship on your behalf to the Dominica government authorities. To process the application, you will be asked to cover Due Diligence and Governmental fees;
    3. Due Diligence check process;
    4. Once your application and the Due Diligence checks have been approved, you will be asked to finalise the real estate investment or proceed with the contribution to the Economic Diversification Fund of Dominica. Processing time takes in average up to 90 days to obtain a passport of Dominica.

DOMINICA: SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
