法国学生签证需求

如果你想前往法国进修，您需要根据您在法国学习的科目，学习的长度，以及原本的国籍来制定学生签证申请方案，这包括了任何想要来法国学习一门专业，学一门短课，或是学习法语的学生，要申请法国学生签证，您至少要满18岁，而且要有：

• 一封法国大学，高等院校或是专业语言学校提供给你的录取通知书；
• 足够的资金来源可以保障您在法国的医疗，住宿，学习和日常开销。

根据你的课时长短，以下内容适用：

• 若您的课程不超过3个月，您将收到短期签证“étudiant/étudiant-concours”，您在180天内最多可以滞留90天。如果您通过入学考试，您可以有机会把这个签证转换为长时间居留签证，而且不必回到国内重新申请。
  • 在您的短期签证“étudiant/étudiant-concours”申请档案中，您要递交入学考试邀请函以及确认您将会来到法国学习的证据。
• 若您的课程在3到6个月之间，您将会收到短期长时间签证，您来到法国后不需要任何其他动作。
• 若您的课时超过了6个月，您将收到长时间签证，相当于法国居住证，来到法国后还有一些其他的官方程序要走。

若您是医学生：

要来法国学医，您需要被法国有关机构和学校选中参加一项耗时1至3年的DFMS系列专项医学生训练计划，或是有被DFMSA高级医学文凭计划受训至少6个月。每个国家和项目的选拔标准不一样，所以请参考您有关部门的“dispositions particulières”网站。

法国学生签证申请文件

以下的清单为申请法国学生签证所需文件：

1. 一所法国学校的录取通知书，或；
2. 您本国母校和法国一所学校的证明信说明您将参加国际交换，或；
3. 一所大学、实验室、组织邀请您成为实习生的邀请函；
4. 您的学校记录：成绩单，所有的文凭，等；
5. 若需要，法语能力证明；
6. 表明您来法国进修的意图的说明信，以及学习规划；
7. 若需要的话，经验陈述；
8. 您的CampusFrance身份号码，以及所有您上传到CampusFrance的表格；
9. 两张过去三个月内拍摄的护照照片；
10. 财力证明（例如，银行的存款证明，需要证明您有至少每个月达到法国最低收入水平的可支配资金，727欧元）；
11. 至少有两页空白的护照；
12. 所有的旧护照；
13. 覆盖法国的医疗保险；
14. 证明您在法国有住址的租赁合同或者购置合同。

若您是医学生：

申请时候，除了上述的文件以外，您还需要递交以下文件：

• 您的医学院出具的文凭和证明，说明您的医学专业和特殊项目。

申请价格：

• EEF国家：50欧元
• 非EEF国家）（包括中国，台湾，香港，新加坡）：99欧元

法国学生签证申请过程

若您的学校需要您注册CampusFrance账号的话，请一定要在申请学生签证之前拿到账号，您可以在CampusFrance网站上查询到您是否需要注册，若不需要，您可以直接在大学网站上面注册，然后在您居住地所属的法国大使馆由Inimex帮助获得签证，程序如下：

1. 您决定来法国进修，和Inimex合作；
2. 我们的法国移民专家和您进行关于学校，住址，医疗，未来发展等全面的辅导；
3. 准备好所有申请所需材料；
4. 我们的专业翻译负责将所有的材料翻译成法语；
5. 我们协助您在法国的高校注册；
6. 我们协助您在所属地的法国大使馆申请签证；
7. 几周内，您的法国签证发放；
8. 您来到法国；
9. 两周内，您需要到本地的法国移民局OFII (L’office française de l’immigration et de l’intégration)提交声明；
10. 您拿到法国身份证；
11. 若您想要延长在法国的期限，您的身份证过期两个月之前，我们协助您到本地的政府申请换新。

家人

国际学生的正式配偶以及他们的子女可以和主申请人一起移居到法国。

在学时期工作

您的学生签证允许您在法国的时候参加工作，但是一年不得超过964个工时，您的雇佣者需要在您的工作合同开始的2天前向本地的政府发具声明。

学生签证政策

以下为法国对学生签证制约的条款，若有需要可仔细查阅：

1. We will provide you a consultation regarding: the process of immigration to France, the procedures of obtaining a residence permit, questions related to education, insurance, integration, healthcare, administrative and other aspects associated with your move to France;
2. You have to prepare and legalize the required documents;
3. We have a team of sworn translators who are responsible for translating all the documents into French;
4. You must have an employment contract, valid for at least 1 year and showing a salary of at least 1.5 times the minimum annual wage as defined by Ministerial decree i.e. 53 331 EUR;
5. An employer submit the application to the French Ministry of Labor and obtain an authorization;
6. The employer must send an application to the department authority responsible for foreign workers (DIRECCTE – Direction régionales des entreprise, de la concurrence, de la consommation, du travail et de l’emploi));
7. After getting a positive decision, your file will be sent to the OFII (Office français de l’immigration et de l’integration);
8. Lease agreement in France;
9. We apply for a Blue Card residence permit at the French consulate;
10. If you reside legally in France with another residence permit or have an EU Blue card issued by another EU country where you have lived for at least 18 months we can directly apply for an EU Blue Card at the Prefecture;
11. You will be asked for an interview at a French Consulate in your country and you will receive an entry visa (entry for France only);
12. Upon arrival in France, you must go to the Prefecture at your place of residence to obtain the EU Blue Card;
13. If the duration of the employment contract is for 1 or more and less than 3 years, your EU Blue Card is valid for a period of between 1 and 3 years;
14. If your contract will run for more than three years, a 3 years residence permit will be issued;
15. The residence permit will be renewal as long as you continue to meet the conditions for the French Blue Card;
16. As the holder of an EU Blue Card, you can obtain an EU long-term residence permit after 5 years uninterrupted stay in the EU (during the required 5 years of continuous residence, a maximum absence of 12 consecutive months and 18 months in total is allowed);

Your family member (spouse and children who entered France as minors) can get the “private and family life” residence permit, allowing them to come to France and work. The permit is renewable. You spouse and children can apply for an EU long-term residence permit if they reside 5 years in France.

After living in France for five (5) years, your family and you are eligible to apply for a French citizenship.
