ST. KITTS AND NEVIS: MAIN REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for St. Kitts and Nevis citizenship by investment Programme, the applicant must meet the following conditions:

1. 1. Be of outstanding character;
   2. Have no criminal record;
   3. Be in good health;
   4. The process of Due Diligence verification made by St. Kitts agency must be successfully completed on all applicants over the age of 16 years old. The applicant must cover the following governmental Due Diligence fees: 7,500 USD for a single applicant, of 4,000 USD for a spouse and of 4,000 USD for each additional dependent (over the age of 16 years old);
   5. Additionally, part of the citizenship programme conditions, the applicant must choose to either make a contribution to the St. Kitts and Nevis sustainable growth fund or to invest in an approved real estate project in order to be granted the St. Kitts and Nevis citizenship. Below are the two possible options:
      i. Option A. Make a contribution to the St. Kitts and Nevis sustainable growth fund of 150,000 USD (for a single applicant). There will be an additional amount for the contribution of 25,000 USD for a spouse and of 10,000 USD for each additional dependent part of the applicant.
      OR;
      ii. Option B. Acquire a property in an approved real estate project for a minimum amount of 200,000 USD in St. Kitts and Nevis. It is important to note, that solely under the real estate investment option, there will additional governmental fees equivalent to: 35,050 USD for a single applicant, 20,050 USD for a spouse and 10,050 USD for each additional family member. Furthermore, the property may be sold after a period of 7 years. Should the applicant wish to keep a property for 5 years, in this case the real estate investment should be of minimum 400,000 USD.

ST. KITTS AND NEVIS: PROCESS

1. 1. The first step consists of preparation of all supporting documents required for the St. Kitts and Nevis citizenship application. This includes the translation of the documents into English and its legalization by a local notary as well as the completion of all the citizenship forms;
   2. Once the file is complete and the documents are ready, we may submit the application of citizenship on your behalf to the St. Kitts and Nevis government authorities. To process the application, you will be asked to cover Due Diligence and Governmental fees;
   3. The Due Diligence check process will begin for every applicant part of the application that is 16 years old and older;
   4. Once your application and the Due Diligence checks have been approved, you will be asked to proceed with the chosen investment, which is either the contribution to the Sustainable Growth Fund or the real estate investment.
      Followed the investment, the processing time may take up to 90 days to obtain a passport of St. Kitts and Nevis.
