- There is no language, residency or travel requirements to qualify for citizenship in Grenada.
- Citizenship and passport of Grenada may facilitate to request a visa for Canada, New Zealand, Australia and the United-States.

GRENADA: MAIN REQUIREMENTS
Candidates who would like to qualify for Grenada citizenship by investment Programme must be of outstanding character, have no criminal record and be in good health. The process of Due Diligence checks that is processed by a local agency must be successfully completed. There are additional fees for due diligence checks that are of 5,000 USD for each member of the application over the age of 16 years old. There will also be fees of 1,500 USD as processing fees per person. Furthermore, the candidate must select one of the two investment options below:
Option A. Contribute $150,000 USD (for a single applicant) to the Grenada National Transformation Fund. An additional amount of $ 50,000 USD is to be added for a spouse and/or for a family with up to 2 children. Subsequently, each additional dependent adds 25,000 USD to the contribution total amount;
OR;
Option B. Real estate investment of at least $ 350,000 USD in an approved project in Grenada. The property may be resold 5 years after Grenadian citizenship is granted. The government fees under real estate option are 50,000 USD for a single applicant or for a family with up to 3 dependents. Starting to the 4th additional dependent, the fee is if $ 25,000 USD for each applicant.

GRENADA: PROCESS

- We assist you on the preparation of all documents required for the citizenship application, translation of documents into English, legalization of documents by a local notary and completion of all the forms;
- We submit on your behalf the citizenship application to Grenada Citizenship by Investment government authorities. You will be asked to cover Due Diligence, Governmental and processing fees;
- Due Diligence verification process;
- Upon a successful Due Diligence verification, you will be asked to finalise the real estate investment and/or make a contribution to the National Transformation Fund;
- Processing time of citizenship application takes up to 60 days;
- You will receive a certificate of registration and be invited to take Oath of Allegiance which may take place in Grenada or in an Embassy, at a High Commission, or Consular Office of Grenada abroad;
- Grenada passport is issued and valid for 5 years.
GRENADA: SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
Our team will assist you in assembling the required documents based on your situation. In the case that your documents are in a foreign language, we will also assist you in the translation into english. We will also be guiding you with regards to the legalization and authentication of the documents according to Grenada Citizenship By Investment Unit guidelines. Below is a generic list of documents:

- Tax assessment;
- Reference letters;
- Bank certificate and bank statements covering 12 months preceding the citizenship application.
